Event Loop 是面向 RT-Thread 的软件包，用于在应用层调度延迟回调。待执行项保存在定长延迟表中；由单次软定时器推进时间；到期的任务通过消息队列投递，在专用线程 evt_loop 上执行（避免在软定时器线程里跑业务逻辑），但是回调也不能做耗时以及阻塞的事情，否则整个evt loop 都会阻塞。
