Adds 05_point_by_point_changes.md: exact BEFORE (from v2.0 PDF) → AFTER for every Camlin-attribution edit — abstract, Sec 3 heading+opening, Def 2/3 (ξ→Υ rename + distinction), global symbol replacement, related work, contributions, limitations priority note, references.
