docs(paper): Camlin attribution + Υ rename pack for the Scientific Reports revision
The submitted v2.0 uses RC+ξ / epistemic tension (as an explicitly borrowed 'conceptual lens') and defines ξ as inter-agent disagreement variance — which is a distinct quantity from Camlin's successive-state ξ, and Camlin is uncited. This pack has: BibTeX, a change-map for every occurrence, drafted attribution + distinction text, priority note, and an editor cover-letter — all ready to drop into the manuscript source.
