feat: embed Standard font in binary for CLI autonomy

- Convert Standard.flf font to base64 and embed as constant
- Eliminate runtime dependency on external fonts directory
- CLI now works completely standalone on compiled binary
- Reduces binary dependency issues when distributing build:bin
