FOV setting

A setting for the field of view would be amazing.
Also, one to disable fog would be nice but that's not so important

FoV should be quite simple. Are you sure you want to get rid of the fog? It's hiding a lot of pop-in, even if it's not perfect at it.

In the master branch, the fog distance is separately configurable from the view distance and chunk generation distance, so fog is already effectively able to be disabled.
