New feed added on device disappears from other devices

OK this is a weird issue with version 6.1.9 (6135) on macOS + version 6.1.8 (6146) on iPadOS and iOS.

All devices are synced through iCloud. Synchronization worked fine for some time for ~20 feeds.

1. Added new feed on Mac (https://lobste.rs/ if it matters)
2. It never appeared on iPad. Waited long enough to realize it will never be synced to iPad.
3. Added the same feed manually again on iPad.
4. The feed is now on iPad but it disappeared from Mac.
5. Went back to Mac, re-added it manually again.
6. Now it disappeared from iPad.

This syncing behavior makes no sense to me. It's clearly a bug somewhere.
