From the way GBC VRAM works, you often end up with tilesets whose halves need to be swapped like this.
There should be an option, at least for GBC tilesets, to swap these halves:
It should also apply to the Image to Tiles generation, so starting at ID $80 would go $80....$FF, $00...$7F.
It's probably also useful to reverse the order of VRAM banks, which would apply to some non-GBC platforms too.
