Invalid values are persisted in aria-labels

Description

Using v13 of Blockly, edit a number field and enter some invalid text. When the field is re-focused after the edit is complete, the value for sighted users reverts to the previous valid value but the aria-label text does not. It is not updated if you move focus away and back to the input either.
