clicking on a field editor shows focus differently than enter does

clicking on a field editor doesn't show focus the same way pressing enter on a field does. the two should be consistent. the click behavior is wrong.

Reproduction steps

1. Press an arrow key so that keyboard navigation mode is on and passive focus is visualized.
2. Click on a color field (in zelos, this is a full block field in a color shadow block).
3. Notice that the entire parent block has passive focus.
4. Close the field editor.
5. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the colour field and press enter.
6. Notice that only the color block has passive focus.

this also happens for field editors that are not part of shadow blocks, e.g. a dropdown field on a block. if you click on a dropdown field the entire block is outlined. if you navigate to the field and press enter, only the field is.

note this only effects mixed-mode users, as full-mouse users don't see the passive indicators, and keyboard-only users see the correct ones.

Moved to core because if mouse behaviour is the one that is wrong then this isn't specifically an accessibility issue.
