Currently it just fails with an error unlike the GUI app that autogenerates the config. Think writer.exe should also do that to avoid errors since some installations can use the writer.exe to register autostartup script (yes, it's pointless, but that should silenty do its job until the user has time to run the GUI and configure it properly rather than show errors)
