Describe the bug
Notification URL always returns error code 500 using new woocommerce block checkout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Checkout with new block based checkout
2. Check Fiuu portal, notification URL will return error 500

Expected behavior
Notification URL should return code 200
