Displaying kinetics rules is buggy?

Surface_Adsorption_Single has one rule in rules.py, for the top node with a sticking coefficient of 0.1

If you look at https://rmg.mit.edu/database/kinetics/families/
then it says Surface_Adsorption_Single has 3 rules.

If you go to view them, it only lists one, but it is the third one, labeled number 2.

This is one made up from a training reaction, with sticking coefficient 0.85

The actual rule from rules.py is not shown.

Yes, the database numbering/enumeration has been buggy for quite some time now. It looks like a similar bug was catalogued in #264. It'll be worthwhile to fix this before the workshop... I'll give this a look over the next few weeks

Some of these rules are probably created when adding training reactions and filling up the tree by averaging. Which we want to do for the sake of kinetics search and parameter estimation, but not when just reporting what rules are in the database. It's not very clear what the "right" thing to do is here.
