I'd take out the "we will try to provide 30 days' notice" part. Because who can tell how hard we tried? If it's meaningless, just keep the T&C shorter by deleting. My humble (non-legal) opinion.

I wrote this a long time ago when we were getting "attacked" by bots/scrapers which were bringing the website down, but I didn't end up pushing it.
I don't know if this is something that we want to have. I also don't know if it's something that we would need a lawyer to look at before posting.
