Grenades thrown from above a ceiling (func_asw_fade) will now collide with it by default.
Mines, rockets, and flares now use the same logic as grenades for collisions.
Fixed mines and flares bouncing off of fires.

Fixed female colonists occasionally appearing as the word ERROR.
