Fix [bug] hospital door issues #307
Added wall control panels for door operation during power outage.
Implemented a solution that does not affect speedruns or alter gameplay difficulty. New wall-mounted panels have been added on both sides of the doors, allowing manual opening and closing while power is off. These panels emit an orange light, indicating emergency mode and disabled automatic control.
Once the player restores power, the panels become inactive and their lights switch to green. Upon power restoration the doors are closed, automatic opening is re-enabled, and the automatic-close delay is set to 5 seconds (matching the original behavior).
