## **Description**
Fixes Various Perps Toast Issues:
- Updated look and copy of Perps toasts
- Added "Track" button to "deposit in progress" toast to redirect users
to the transaction details view
- Updated "deposit successful" toast to display the accurate account
balance (using `usePerpsLiveAccount`)
- Created simple `PerpsStreamBridge` component to allow hooks to access
the stream. Previously they were higher up outside the stream context.
- Moved `usePerpsDepositStatus` and `usePerpsWithdrawStatus` into
`PerpsStreamBridge` so they can access the Perps stream.

## **Description**

https://consensyssoftware.atlassian.net/browse/TAT-1518

This PR fixes two issues:

1 - Keyboard width causes wrapping issues on buttons

Since we have evidence
(https://consensyssoftware.atlassian.net/browse/TAT-1518) that the
keypad on close position works correctly since it has the correct
padding, I made sure the keypad in open position has the exact same
padding.

2 - Close Position button wrapping incorrectly on small screens

## **Description**

1. What is the reason for the change?

Various ui price formatting inconsistencies especially for smaller
priced coins like PUMP

2. What is the improvement/solution?

This commit implements comprehensive decimal precision improvements
across the Perps trading interface
Enhanced formatting utilities with configurable range-based decimal
precision and significant digits support
Improved price input validation with better decimal handling for limit
orders and TP/SL values
Consistent UI formatting across market data, position cards, and order
forms
Better user experience with smarter decimal truncation and validation
that prevents input errors

## **Manual testing steps**

```
Fees, there should always be 2 decimals (users don’t care if they pay $1.12345 or $1.12)
It applies:
Funding fee in the position component
Fee in the trade screen
On perps market screen  it seems all token prices when price is <$1 don’t follow the same logic: some have 4 and other 5 significant numbers.
Can we use 3 significant numbers for all?
On the perp asset screen
In the header: I see PUMP price has 2 significant numbers. Can we increase to 3 for all numbers which price is <$1 ?
In the position component, I see
Entry price and liq price have 4 significant numbers
TP and SL have 2 significant numbers (actually at 5:45 I see 3 significant numbers for stop loss)
I think we should display 4 significant numbers for all
On the TP/SL bottom sheet
Current price has 2 significant numbers
Liq price has 4 significant numbers
Imo both should have 4
On theLimit order tpsL bottom sheet
It seems that when you tap on the preset, it inputs 5 significant numbers.
imo we should display 4 significant numbers, just like the $price below
On the Limit price input
It seems that when you tap the preset, it display 6 significant numbers
imo if should display 4 significant numbers
Not related to decimals, but you mention you discovered a bug you discovered, is it this one? https://consensyssoftware.atlassian.net/browse/TAT-1574
At 6:00 I saw margin also was 9.6060604, I think margin can be 2 decimals unless 0 sig figs in that
```
