## **Description**

The js-bundle-size-check job was experiencing JavaScript heap out of
memory errors during the iOS bundle generation step. This adds
NODE_OPTIONS with --max_old_space_size=8192 (8GB) to prevent these
failures, following the same pattern used in other memory-intensive CI
jobs.

## **Description**
BugBot rules are successfully detecting unit test violations. This PR
adds to the Bugbot rules by also adding the e2e testing guidelines.

1. Updates Bugbot.md with e2e testing guidelines
2. Moves e2e guidelines up a level from e2e/cursor rules to ./cursor
rules. This is consistent with the storage of other guidelines
3. Adds 'Mandatory' flags and correct file path to e2e testing
guidelines.

## **Screenshots/Recordings**

<!-- If applicable, add screenshots and/or recordings to visualize the

### **Before**
Bugbot would only find issues flagged on the unit test guidelines
<!-- [screenshots/recordings] -->

### **After**
Now, Bugbot finds issues on both the unit and e2e testing guidelines.
This will prevent flaky tests being added to the repo.
the screenshot shows Bugbot flagging both types of issues (unit and e2e
violations).

## **Description**

- Updates the predict low liquidity error message(s)
- ~~Adds some missing predict entries to the non-english language files
for translation~~ Reverting this for now given `node update-script.js`
appeared to be causing an issue wherein the entire file changed
resulting in giant diffs
