Do not mark it as "Ready for review" until the template has been completely filled out, and PR status checks have passed at least once. --> ## **Description** Notifications are enabled by default, meaning we need to prevent tests from using our real APIs (to prevent flake). - Reduces execution time (using mocks are faster than calling our server) - Reliable API responses NOTE - this doesn't solve all the failing E2E tests, as notifications APIs calls are made in the background and will silently fail.
