Use Symfony Serializer to denormalize item

I will just need to keep the deduplication system that is the keypoint of this package

It crashes several Exception: related to constructor arguments required in Book entity, or setSerie waiting for a Serie instead of array or object...
Normalizer could be a great help but it needs learning
