  • Bump PostgreSQL 16 binary RPMs (core, private libs, -devel, static) and corresponding SRPM to 16.14 module build
  • Bump Python 3.12 binaries and SRPM from 3.12.13-2.el9_8 to 3.12.13-3.el9_8, adjusting sizes and checksums
  • Update expat and libeconf binaries and SRPMs to newer -el9_8 builds with matching metadata
  • Refresh AppStream modules.yaml metadata URL, size, and checksum to match current repo state
