Overview
Updates fast-xml-parser from 5.5.8 to 5.7.1 (and fast-xml-builder to 1.1.5) in package-lock.json.

This refreshes the transitive dependency set by adding @nodable/entities and bumping path-expression-matcher and strnum to newer versions.
