Links to download individual routines are broken under "explore-html"

I get the message "Error: bad filename." when I try to use the links on, for example, [this page](http://www.netlib.org/lapack/explore-html/d9/d8e/group__double_g_eeigen_ga66e19253344358f5dee1e60502b9e96f.html#ga66e19253344358f5dee1e60502b9e96f
) to download individual routines and their dependencies.

This happens when I click any of the links next to "Download DGEEV + dependencies"
