Ah, delete the whole bmd emulator bmd mod folder and let it redownload (should happen automatically when you open Reloaded). You may need to do the same thing with bf emulator.

The problem is there's an old file left over from a previous version of the mod still in there. Usually it seems to get cleaned up right but occasionally it doesn't for some reason.
