Fan Control setup not working – Asus ROG B550 (PWM not detected)

Hello,
I'm having trouble setting up Fan Control. My motherboard is an Asus ROG B550.
The fan connectors are detected, but unfortunately the PWM control isn't. No speed control is possible. Even when I manually link the controls, the fans still aren't controlled.
I already tried disabling Q-Fan in the BIOS, but the result is always the same: the fan sensors (RPM) aren't detected.
How can I configure Fan Control correctly so that the fan control works?

Please download + run LHM and check if the fan speeds can be detected there.

I am also having this issue. LHM detects fan speeds. I have been using FanControl with no issues until recently. Asus TUF Z790.

Hi,
I checked the speeds with LHM and the fans are detected correctly.
After further investigation, I found a setting in the SignalRGB application that was allowing it to control my fans. This feature is normally only available in the Pro version, but in my Free version the option was enabled as well, which is why the sensors were being blocked.
After disabling this function in SignalRGB, Fan Control now works exactly as it should.
