HexRgbColor

Validates weather the input is a hex RGB color or not.

v::hexRgbColor()->assert('#FFFAAA');
// Validation passes successfully

// Validation passes successfully

v::hexRgbColor()->assert('123123');
// Validation passes successfully

v::hexRgbColor()->assert('FCD');
