Add websites using Responsive to the documentation

If you have a website or websites using Responsive that you would like us to put a link to in our docs please add it to the issue below.

The following format would be great.

• Name: The name of the site
• Url: The url to the site
• Sector : What sector the site comes under. - e.g Banking, Arts, Hospitality
