Reworks the memory region selector dropdown to support more than just "All", "System Memory" and "Game Memory". If the memory map for the system has disjointed memory regions, multiple regions will be shown.
Additionally, users can add custom regions via the "Customize.." menu option. These will be selectable like the built-in regions, and persist between sessions (addresses #906 and #1015)
