Fix case where `values_cumulative = TRUE` and `vertical = TRUE`

`values_cumulative = TRUE`: value order appears top to bottom, this makes them bottom to top (more intuitive)

when bar is vertical it sets position: absolute; forcing each segment on top of the previous. This fixes this issue.
