I've been an active League of Legends player for years before creating my Developer Portal account.

Issue Description
I submitted a production API key application in February 2026 (ticket MXX2ZL-3WK4) and followed up once via the Developer Portal no response received on either submission. I'm opening this issue to request a status update, as my project is now hitting hard limits on the development key.

Project: LegendsTracker.fr
French-language League of Legends tracker and AI coaching platform. Live in production, fully respecting Riot's ToS (zero advertising or promotion while on dev key).

Organic growth (no marketing):

• 2.1K visitors / 14.8K page views in last 24h
• 443 registered users

Current dev-key impact (last 64k requests):

• All Riot-dependent routes p95-locked at our 8s timeout (/match/timeline, /matches, /timeline ~3k calls combined)
• Users experiencing degraded performance despite Redis + Postgres multi-layer caching

Stack: Next.js 14, TypeScript, A+ security headers, 649+ tests. Full rate-limiting compliance via atomic Redis Lua scripts across 5 tiers.

What I've Tried

• Submitted initial production key application (February 2026, ticket MXX2ZL-3WK4)
• Submitted follow-up ticket via Developer Portal no response
• Reached out on the Riot Games Third Party Developers Discord directed here

1. Log into Developer Portal
2. Check status of ticket MXX2ZL-3WK4 → "Pending Review" since February 2026

Yeah the queue is backed up its around an 8 month wait give or take for the one guy on the API team to get to you
