Create a scrollbar for year on top of the page.

The scrollbar will swipe between pages to the right and left and reflect that year's reading progress.

There are a few issues with this menu to fix :

• The text (year) is not displayed properly above the dot, so i removed it. The text needs to be above the dot and clickable.
• When you click the text, though it's connected to the second section, still nothing happens.
• Plus needs to be figured out how to make the scroll hidden, and will happen only when the dot is pressed or if the user scrolls then the dot automatically switches to the year.
• Also the position of the menu is off the viewport of the screen, i guess the walls of the Matter.js container need to be fixed.
