Adding All Layers to Map Function Being Inconsistent

I noticed on a few of the models that right-clicking & adding all layers to the map leaves out some of the layers or in this case for the Anthro model, entire groups (no 'Inputs' group in ArcPro). For some models, everything is added and seems to work fine but for others it appears that a couple of layers are being left out.

Here is another example of the issue from the Anthro model. When I add all layers in QGIS, the 'Roads Within the Valley Bottom' layer (under Intermediates group) displays in the layer panel. In ArcPro, it doesn't add to the contents panel when I right click to add all layers to the map for the model or even the Intermediates bin.
