Discussion on Changing Layer Properties for AGOL Uses #53

Description

@zburgert1997

There have been a few issues I have encountered with Riverscapes layers when uploading to AGOL. Specifically, those layers cannot be taken offline in the Field Maps application due to two reasons. First, the popups associated with the layers need to be disabled before uploading to AGOL. The other reason is that certain field types (big integer, time, date, timestamp offset and 64-bit object identifiers) prevent those layers from being synced offline. (see link below). Perhaps we should look into remedying these issues so users can publish those layers to the AGOL and not worry about correcting those issues manually.
