Out of date dependencies

hashbrown has been updated, but also released a new version so it is still outdated

hashbrown 0.17.0 has MSRV of 1.85, so updating would require a bump from 1.65

I think string-interner v0.20.0 should be released first, then the MSRV can be bumped in v0.21.0.

criterion v0.8 has MSRV of 1.86 but I think bumping it is OK as it a dev dependency only.

Couldn't we bump the MSRV with v0.21.0? It would certainly be nice to use Rust edition 2024.
