Merchandise Dropdown Error

While attempting to pay dues, drop down for selecting merchandise gave me an error the first time saying I did not select anything (although I clicked an option). However, when I tried selecting from the dropdown a second time it worked. I refreshed and tried it again from the beginning and the same thing happened
