AWBW text importer crashes the game if file has invalid data

Describe the bug
The game crashes whenever there is invalid data in a txt from awbw. This could create issues later on if new data is added to the game and it can't gracefully handle it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the map editor
2. Import a text awbw map that has a mistake such as the title of the map in the contents of the txt
3. See error

Explanation of what should happen
The game should gracefully reject the txt file and let you try again, instead of crashing

• Active Mods (Note: none vanilla mod problems want be investigated)
• Game Version: 38.4

This is basically the designed way.
Currently it's not possible neither for native CoW-Maps nor importing ones to really detect damaged or wrong input files.
And the game will crash.
For AWBW this is more true due to it's format and it's complete lag of values to verify if the format is valid or not.
And CoW doesn't and won't have try catch blocks to stop gracefully and return an import failed dialog.

Is it possible yes but the work and overhead to achieve this for a user failure isn't worth it
