Issue description:
Wrong DPI / Resolution on secondary monitor with different display resolution as compared with the main monitor

Steps to reproduce:
Opening software on the main ultra-wide monitor (3440x1440) and moving it to the secondary laptop screen (1920x1080) results in the window displaying with the wrong DPI. There seems to be no option in preferences to adjust it, and closing and reopening the program doesn’t fix the problem.

This is a Godot limitation, which would be lifted by godotengine/godot#86022.

You can override the UI scale in the preferences to work around this issue:

In Material Maker, changes to the UI scale apply without having to restart the application, so it's more seamless than in the Godot editor.
