Adds Bring Your AI Migration Auditor to Cross-Agent Tools.
Fit: it is a Codex plugin/subagent for auditing Claude Code -> Codex migrations before editing code. It checks AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md scope, hooks, MCP config, skills, and validation notes rather than treating instruction-file sync as the whole migration.
