This PR updates the README configuration documentation to better explain WAU blocklist and allowlist behavior, including where list files should be placed and how allowlist mode is enabled.
Changes:
- Adds guidance that list files and Mods content can be copied from alongside the MSI during installation.
- Reworks the blocklist/allowlist section with package ID, wildcard, and install-folder guidance.
- Fixes a few spelling/grammar issues in nearby README text.

Proposed Changes
I had to dig into the code to figure out how to add an app exclusion after installation. Here is my suggested update to README.md.
I have only tested the exclude list behavior. The rest is just my (and Copilot's) understanding of the code.
