Updates the MCP SDK dependency from 1.12.0 to 1.29.0, bringing in the latest protocol features and bug fixes.

Fixes errors on connect like Server's protocol version is not supported: 2025-11-25 (#11997)

Adds proper support for streamable-http. Tested on IDA Pro with the config:
