chore: add glama.json for Glama.ai auto-discovery ownership claim

Glama crawls public GitHub for MCP repos automatically; this file
asserts maintainer ownership so the listing pulls metadata from this
repo (description, license, README) and lets us update server
attributes on Glama.ai once indexing completes (~24h).
