Support for TryCryptoRng

When creating the RSA key it is assumed we have available CryptoRng.
Is the support for TryCryptoRng planned, and would you be open for contributions?

We can switch to the newly added Generate trait:

Would that new trait would allow to use faillible Rng during RsaPublicKey::encrypt? maybe rsa could provide try_encrypt similar to try_sign_with_rng
