OPCS4 we either convert to SNOMED if there is a mapping or map as OPCS4 in devices, observation, measurement and procedure_occurrence tables.
Have not checked all domains but examples of common concepts you might expect to find in procedure domain, I cannot.
Note these will should have a Vocabulary ID of SNOMED as there is a mapping from OPCS4 --> SNOMED for these
