How to create Secret & CallBackURL

I am new to SAC, and I was trying this approach,
https://github.com/SAP/analytics-cloud-apis-oauth-client-sample
to connect with SAC,

But I am not understanding 2 points here,

1. What is secret, how can I create that, and how can I put that in our configuration files.
2. What will be my CallBack URL, how I can get that.

Can you please help me to get this, or tell me the process to get this.
