Description

When using the simulator to test backends, it can be very helpful to be able to see the exact protocol of OCPP-Messages as they went over the network both from CSMS-Side and from Station-Side.

For this, it would be good to have an "OCPP-Logs" button on the UI that would open a protocol.

I don't know whether the simulator itself already stores such a protocol, so it would be necessary in this case to not just implement it on UI-Side, but also on Simulator-side
