Feature/acastill corrected opflash

This PR introduces a new object CorrectedOpFlashTiming that stores the OpFlash time after different corrections to improve timing resolution are applied.

This PR is to be merged with:
SBNSoftware/sbnobj#140
SBNSoftware/sbncode#566
