add Google Workspace Enterprise sku

Hello,
When I tried to recover or delete licenses, I could not do it on the Google Workspace licenses.
So I added two licenses that I use: Google Workspace Enterprise Plus and Google Workspace Enterprise Standard.

I'm trying to get this pulled in for the next release, but I'm not involved with workspace admin at my org, so I'm in a bit over my head here.

I do see that 1010020020 is already present in the license hash, so your change overwrites that rather than update it.

I'm also not entirely clear on where the Aliases come from, is that just a holdover from people being used to GAMADV-XTD3?

I would suggest denying this PR and instead concentrate on re-working the Get-LicenceSKUs function, I say this because there have been a number of licences released by Google which aren't included, Archived Business Standard is an example.
