- Bugfix: keep Cursor API dollar usage tied to the vendor plan limit instead of deriving a misleading ceiling from API percentage.
- Surface bonus-credit consumption as real spend while preserving API percentage as its separate usage meter.
- Add coverage for clamped plan amounts and overspend scenarios.
