Describe the bug
Recently, when running extract_dataset I'm getting this message: "Optional dependencies are missing. Handling high volumes of records for the 'select' functionality will be significantly slower, as optimizations for this feature are currently disabled. To enable optimized performance, install all required dependencies using: pipx upgrade cumulusci[select]"
Extraction seems to go just fine.

1.Run cci task run extract_dataset
