I'm interested in a new Task or Flow for CumulusCI.
Does your feature request solve a current problem?
I would like a task to uninstall a 2GP package.
Currently there are tasks to uninstall 1GP managed packages (which relies on Namespace, something that is not unique for 2GP Managed or Unlocked), and tasks to uninstall the source metadata but no way to run the sf package uninstall command for 2GP Unlocked packages.
Describe the solution you'd like
New task to uninstall 2GP packages by 04t* ID.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried using the DX command but with all of the breaking changes the sf cli has been rolling out, many environments, like our metadeploy, fail to work.
