Pull request overview
This PR restructures the “Rules” area of the Writerside documentation by introducing a dedicated rules overview starting page and updating navigation to point to it.
Changes:
- Added a new
rules-overview.topicstarting page that links to the main rules and verified mods pages. - Updated the landing page card and the Writerside TOC (
ccs.tree) to route “Rules” through the new overview topic. - Adjusted rules/verified-mods content, including removing an English intro block from
verified-mods.mdand removing the bilingual switcher/English section fromrules.md.

- Durch das Entfernen des englischen -Introblocks fehlt im English-Switcher jetzt die Einleitung inkl. der wichtigen Warnhinweise (MouseWheelie/Freecam). Bitte entweder den englischen Intro-/Warning-Block wieder hinzufügen oder die Warnung an eine Stelle verschieben, die auch im English-Abschnitt angezeigt wird (z. B. direkt unter der englischen Überschrift).
